Amazing place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a restaurant, and a spacious pool. On my first stay, the staff's restaurant recommendations were great. I highly recommend checking out the Regency Club.

Clean and ideal place, extensive and delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. Silent club double room with the renovated bathrooms. A wide range of fab food. Great location in a central area of Merida and historic area.
No swimming pool at all.

The room was well-appointed and well-equipped, with smoke detectors and delightful views. As for me, the location was excellent and beautiful, not far from the bistro, and the old city center...

Cleanliness
Price for national tourists is extremely high, yesterday I wanted to buy a banana a single banana and I said the seller of the fruit inside the hotel that costs 30 Mexican pesos any fruit the piece, sold apples, bananas and oranges, that is very expensive, breakfast buffet 322 Mexican pesos per person I went with two others, breakfast cost me 966 pesos, it was egg, beans, chilaquiles, there were also hotcakes, fruits, bread, two or three strong stews like puchero, carne asada was "yucateco" type breakfast, they are prices only for foreign tourists, otherwise everything is fine. I hope that in the future this situation will be resolved. I will put some photos of the interior of the room, drain of the tub is not working, wood where the tv is kept is broken in some places, second day they don't leave water or coffee, doors of the bathroom are not well painted, then if they charge a lot I demand a lot that should be reciprocated.

service and attention of all the staff was excellent: kindness, disposition, attitude... everything! motion-sensitive light under the bed is fabulous, it was very helpful. I also found the welcome courtesy on the first day excellent, fresh water they have every day in the lobby (which is super nice to arrive at after a long day of walking and heat). They have many courtesies available, that's wonderful! Appreciate it.
The room was arranged for 2 people, despite having a reservation for 3, so there was a need to ask for additional towel and water several times during the stay. The same thing happened (this one, every day) with the complimentary coffee, which was for 1 person and was required for 2. I understand that it is a courtesy and a plus, but you would have to consider the number of people in the room for those amenities. But the attention of the cleaning and frontdesk staff every time we asked them for these things was excellent. But everything would have been simpler if all of that had been available in the room for the duration of our stay. On the other hand, in the access to the parking lot of the hotel you have to go through a couple of stairs, not very long, but it is a bit uncomfortable, especially when someone has problems to climb steps or when you come with shopping (or suitcases). Also, stamping the parking ticket every time you go out is not very practical (besides, if you lose the ticket, you pay the lost ticket fee even if you are a guest, it happened to me). You should have some kind of ticket, card or guest ID to be able to enter and exit the parking lot without any problem during your whole stay (at the end that for the exit you have a person who checks the ticket and charges, and is the one who lifts the pen to leave, that person could check the guest ID).

The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day out, and I enjoyed lounging by the sun terrace. While the air conditioning was a bit chilly in public areas, it didn't take away from my overall experience. Definitely check this place out 😊
